Please note that all returns must be received within 14 days in original condition to be eligible for a exchange. Exchange returns received after this period will not be accepted.
Returns are only accepted via post and not in person.
Exchange postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact The Rushing Hour Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending it back.
We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without the original receipt attached.
Refunds (Faulty items only)
Refunds are only available on faulty items and will be processed using the original tender type that the original purchase was made with.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team via email@example.com (with attached images) and our team will instruct you on how to return the item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
Changed of Mind
Unfortunately we do not refund, issue a store credit or exchange items on "change of mind" purchases.
All sale items is non-refundable and non-exchangable unless the product is faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international shoppers: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The Rushing Hour will not credit customs and duties paid on your order; this must be pursued by customers within their own jurisdiction.
As the The Rushing Hour is not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service.
Duties & Taxes:
All prices are in Australian dollars. For international customers, we will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
